Jennifer Grey felt ”invisible” after facial transformation – her ”nose job from hell” made her ‘anonymous’

Jennifer Grey, known for her role as ‘Baby’ in *Dirty Dancing*, was set for a promising career. However, a tragic car accident in 1987 changed her life forever.

Just before the film’s premiere, Grey and her then-boyfriend, Matthew Broderick, were involved in a crash in Ireland that killed two people. Although Grey only suffered minor injuries, the emotional toll left deep scars, and she struggled with survivor’s guilt, unable to enjoy *Dirty Dancing*’s success.

In the years that followed, Grey’s career faded, and a poorly received nose job made her almost unrecognizable. Despite this, she made a comeback in 2010 by winning *Dancing with the Stars* and re-entered the spotlight with roles in new films.
