Authorities Respond to Plane Crash in Tullahoma, Tennessee

On Sunday, June 8, a plane carrying 20 people crashed shortly after takeoff near Tullahoma Regional Airport in Tennessee. Authorities say the aircraft, a DHC-6 Twin Otter, experienced mechanical issues before striking trees and terrain.

Six people were injured—three airlifted to Nashville hospitals and others treated locally. No one on the ground was hurt. An investigation is underway.
