Kate Kaufling, a 20-year-old nursing student at the University of Kentucky, passed away on March 31, 2024, after battling osteosarcoma. A member of the school dance team and Tri Delta sorority, she was known for her dedication and bright spirit. Her twin sister Abbey, teammates, and university staff remembered her as a kind, driven, and beloved young woman whose memory will live on.
