ST. Denise Alexander, a former cast member of “General Hospital,” pays tribute to her late co-star Jacklyn Zeman.

Denise Alexander is honoring her late General Hospital co-star Jacklyn Zeman, who passed away on May 9 after a brief battle with cancer. Zeman died just days after turning 70 and less than two weeks after her final episode. Alexander shared her grief in a heartfelt tribute: “Oh girl, I can’t stop crying. I’ve always loved and cherished your sweetness, humor, brilliance, and goodness. I will always love you.” Alexander, who played Dr. Lesley Webber since 1973, formed a close bond with Zeman, who joined the show in 1977 as Nurse Bobbie Spencer.

Not all cast members paid tribute. Anthony Geary, who played Luke Spencer, shared a message with TVLine on May 11, remembering Zeman after their 40-year onscreen sibling relationship.
