Man Unveils Haunting, Never-Before-Seen Footage of Twin Tower Collapse
Over two decades after the September 11 attacks, new footage of the Twin Towers’ collapse has emerged. Filmed by Kei Sugimoto from the roof of a building on St. Marks Place in NYC, the video offers a unique north-side view of the towers falling, showing the smoke billowing before their collapse. Released on July 23, 2023, the footage has sparked discussions online, with one Reddit user noting, “It’s crazy that we’re almost 23 years out and still getting new footage.” Sugimoto’s release not only enriches the visual history of 9/11 but also highlights how much untold history may still be hidden away.
