Chumlee of Pawn Stars, 33-year-old Austin Lee Russell, is considering a plea deal following a March raid at his Las Vegas home that uncovered drugs and firearms. Under the agreement, he would plead guilty to attempted possession of a controlled substance, surrender the seized items, complete three years’ probation, and undergo treatment. A felony weapons charge would remain on his record but could be dismissed if he finishes probation without incident; otherwise, he could face up to five years in prison.
