After retiring from late-night TV, he launched Jay Leno’s Garage (2015–2022), now a popular YouTube channel with 3.7M+ subscribers. In November 2022, he was badly burned in a gasoline fire at his Burbank garage but later reassured fans he’d recover, saying, “I am OK. Just need a week or two to get back on my feet.”
