On May 17, 2025, at 11:10 a.m., an emaciated woman was found alive in a vacant plot near Keng Road and Win Win Boulevard in Sangkat Bak Kheng, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh. A passerby had noticed her around 5:30 a.m. but didn’t investigate further. Authorities were alerted later that morning and quickly arrived to inspect the scene.
