Mom of 9-Year-Old Influencer with Stage 4 Cancer Shares Heartbreaking Health Update: ‘Every Day Feels Heavy’

Brie Bird, a 9-year-old social media influencer battling stage 4 cancer, is facing a difficult turn in her health, according to a new update shared by her mother, Kendra Bird.

In an emotional Instagram post on October 27, Kendra revealed that Brie has been “sleeping for most of the week,” experiencing swelling in her face, feet, and belly, and now relies on oxygen “pretty regularly.”

“As much as I want the miracle so badly, I feel like the realistic part of my mind is trying to tell my heart to surrender,” Kendra wrote. “I’m hurting. Every day feels heavy.”

The family has continued to receive an outpouring of love and support from followers, many of whom have followed Brie’s courageous journey since her diagnosis.
