Phnom Penh – An emaciated woman was discovered alive in a vacant plot of land near the intersection of Keng Road and Win Win Boulevard in Sangkat Bak Kheng, Khan Chroy Changvar, at 11:10 a.m. on May 17, 2025.
A passerby reportedly saw her lying by the roadside at around 5:30 a.m. but did not intervene. Authorities were alerted at 11 a.m. and quickly arrived to inspect the scene.
