An emaciated woman was found alive on May 17, 2025, around 11:10 a.m. in a plot of land near Keng Road and Win Win Boulevard, Sangkat Bak Kheng, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh. A motorist reportedly passed by at 5:30 a.m. but did not stop, and the case was only reported to police at 11:00 a.m., prompting an immediate inspection of the scene.
