Mom of twins with Down syndrome shuts down critics

The chances of having twins have risen over the years, but it’s still uncommon—only about 33 in every 1,000 births. Identical twins are even rarer, occurring just 3 to 4 times per 1,000 births. So when 23-year-old Savannah Combs discovered she was expecting identical twins with Down syndrome, it was both a joyful and emotional moment.
