On May 17, 2025, at around 11:10 a.m., an emaciated, unidentified woman approximately 30 years old was found alive on a plot of land at the intersection of Keng Road and Win Win Boulevard in Sangkat Bak Kheng, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh. Witnesses reported seeing her earlier that morning but did not intervene.
Authorities responded promptly after being notified and sent her to Prek Phon Health Center for examination. The woman appeared recently discharged from a hospital. Investigation and care efforts are ongoing.
