Dermatologist reveals what could be the mystery marks on Trump’s hand

During recent public appearances, former President Donald Trump displayed red marks on his hand, sparking speculation. The marks appeared on his thumb, index finger, and palm. Possible causes suggested included a fall, hand herpes, or ketchup.
Dr. Joshua Zeichner, a dermatologist, noted that hand rashes can be caused by infections, inflammation, or external factors. He provided four potential explanations: dry skin, possibly from frequent handwashing or cold weather; golf-related blisters; chemical burns from lime juice; or simply an insect bite. He emphasized that diagnosing based on a photo is not reliable.
Trump has frequently touted his good health, with a medical report from his doctor stating he’s in “excellent” condition. However, his health has often been a topic of public discussion, especially regarding his mental and physical fitness during his presidency.
