After announcing plans to move back to the UK in August 2022, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have yet to make the move. Ozzy’s health, including seven surgeries in five years and ongoing Parkinson’s treatment, has delayed the trip. Despite this, Sharon remains hopeful, saying, “We’ll get there.”
Ozzy has cited the U.S. political climate and gun violence as major reasons for wanting to leave, stating, “I don’t want to die in America.” Sharon also shared concerns about the country’s drastic changes.
Ozzy, who has been sober for some time, spoke on The Osbournes Podcast about the emotional toll of his health struggles, noting, “When you lose your health, nothing else matters.”
