It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Maryanne Trump Barry, sister of former President Donald J. Trump, at age 86. She was found in her New York City apartment on November 13 after emergency responders were called for a cardiac arrest.
Maryanne served as a senior judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 1999 until her retirement in 2019, having been appointed to the U.S. District Court by Ronald Reagan in 1983. Her commitment to justice remained strong throughout her career.
Maryanne’s passing marks the loss of three siblings for Donald Trump. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Trump family. Her legacy as a judge will be remembered.
