UPS driver is brought to tears after learning why cars were lined up and down the road
During the COVID-19 pandemic, while many businesses shut down, UPS drivers like Anthony Gaskin continued to deliver packages, keeping the economy moving. In a Virginia neighborhood, residents showed their gratitude by organizing a surprise celebration for Anthony. They lined the streets with cars and held signs reading “Hallsley loves you, Anthony” to thank him for his dedication during such challenging times.
Anthony, who had delivered over 180 packages during the pandemic, was moved to tears by the heartfelt gesture. The residents, some arriving by bike and car, cheered, honked, and even gave him a gift to show their appreciation for his hard work. This was a well-deserved recognition of the vital role delivery drivers played in keeping communities connected.
