However, with dedication and perseverance, anyone can change their habits. Some may find weight loss easier than others, but claiming it’s all about willpower overlooks the complexities of the issue.

Take David Elmore Smith, for example. Known as the “650-pound virgin,” David struggled with his weight and health. But with the help of trainer Chris Powell, he made gradual changes, like walking around the house and cutting out cheat meals. His efforts paid off, losing 185kg (62% of his body weight).
