A 19-year-old man was arrested Sunday for allegedly vandalizing the memorial for Charlie Kirk outside Turning Point USA’s Phoenix headquarters. Surveillance footage showed him knocking over flowers and flags before being restrained by a bystander until police arrived. Identified as Ryder Corral, he now faces charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct.
